Every deadline, amount and requirement it takes from the rules is quoted from the source, and anything the rules don't state is marked as pending. What counts as a complete application. One call's full draft with up to 10 sections. One of 11 to 20 sections counts as two, and one of 21 to 30 as three. Applications not used in a month do not carry over, on annual billing too.
Your applications are reserved. Chat and document reading have their own monthly allowance, so they cannot use up the applications left in your month.
One organization means one. On Solo and Team the organization is fixed once it is set up. To work for several organizations, choose Studio or Firm.

- Every deadline, amount, eligibility rule and requirement taken from a call's rules shows the passage it comes from. Anything without a source is marked as pending, never filled in.
- A catalog of calls: Spain's national grants database (BDNS), read every day, and calls we review by hand from official sources in 20 more countries. BDNS calls show as unverified until we review them.
- A call that is not in the catalog can be imported from its official page if the site is on the app's import list, or entered by hand.
- Each organization's fit with each call, checked by explicit rules, plus an AI analysis when you ask for one.
- Drafting of the full application with AI, which you review and submit.
- Evaluator panel simulation: the AI scores the application criterion by criterion and names the fixes that matter most.
- Compliance checklist against the call's requirements, built by rules, with no AI.
- Submission sheet with the project's data, to download as CSV or JSON.
- Two roles for your team, admin and collaborator. A pending invitation takes no seat.

Start with a 7-day trial.
A first subscription can start with a 7-day free trial, shown at checkout: a card is required, and the trial includes one complete application of up to 10 sections. Unless you cancel before day 8, Stripe charges the first billing period on day 8. There is one free trial per customer, per email and per card: when a card or an email was already used for a trial, or the card went through a wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link), which cannot be checked, the trial does not start, the subscription is canceled and nothing is charged; you can then subscribe without a trial. The plan renews automatically every month or every year, and an admin can cancel it from the app's Plan page, in Stripe's customer portal. Signup is by invitation only, and checking out here sends you one.
- 1Stripe takes your card, or the first payment when there is no trial, and sends you back to a confirmation page. With a payment method that settles later, the next step waits until it settles.
- 2Once the checkout is complete, we email an invitation to the address you enter here. If the confirmation page says the signup needs a manual check, no invitation goes out until our team has reviewed it.
- 3You set up your sign-in with that same email and enter as the admin of a new workspace on the plan you chose. If that email already has a Grant Mastermind account, you accept the invitation signed in to that account, and the new workspace is added to it.
