This website does not process data about your firm's clients. That data is only processed after the agreement is signed, as a processor and under its data protection annex.
Who we share it with
With the providers that run the website and the notifications: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (delivery of notifications to our mailbox) and Stripe (payments). Some are in the USA; transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the mechanism each provider has in place. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long
Contact data: up to one year after your last message if you do not sign up. Agreement and invoice data: for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial law.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your country's data protection authority.
