One per Application File. Governed by the Grant Mastermind Partner Framework Agreement (version 2.0) and its Annex 1. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Framework Agreement.
This sheet fixes the price and timing for this Application File. Anything not covered here is in the Framework Agreement.

7. Payment and cancellation
The fixed fee is paid before we start and is not refunded on cancellation, except if your client misses the call through our fault. The success fee is due only if the grant is awarded.
The fixed fee is invoiced when the Firm accepts this Order Sheet and is paid in advance; OPN starts work once payment is received (clause 10.2). The success fee is invoiced with the award decision and paid within 30 days of the decision (clause 10.1A). A paid fixed fee is not refunded on cancellation; if the work could not start because the basic documents did not arrive, it stays as a credit for another Application File for 12 months (clause 11.3). The only refund is that of the fixed fee under clause 6.1. Delivering sooner than estimated, or accepting an urgent order, costs nothing extra.
8. Acceptance
Both parties accept this Order Sheet online. A record is kept of the name and position of the person accepting, date and time (UTC), IP address and the SHA-256 hash of this Order Sheet (clause 20 of the Framework Agreement).
